1. Return Eligibility & Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must meet ALL conditions:

  • Must be in original, unused condition with no signs of wear or damage
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be attached and intact
  • Items must be returned in original packaging or suitable protective packaging
  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery
  • A valid Return Authorization Number (RMA) must be obtained prior to shipping

Non-returnable items include:

  • Plush toys showing signs of play, soiling, or damage
  • Items marked “Final Sale,” “Limited Edition,” or “Clearance”
  • Personalized or customized plush toys
  • Products with removed safety labels or tags
  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

2. Step-by-Step Return Procedure
Step 1: Request Return Authorization

  • Provide clear photos showing the item’s current condition
  • Our customer service team will review within 2 business days and issue an RMA if approved

Step 2: Prepare Your Return Package

  • Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit
  • Include all original accessories, documentation, and tags
  • Place the RMA number visibly inside the package
  • Do not write directly on the original product packaging

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Use a trackable shipping service—we recommend insured shipping for valuable items
  • Email the tracking number to returns@buycenter.online once shipped
  • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit without proper tracking

3. Refund Processing & Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

4. Exchange Options
We offer exchanges for:

  • Manufacturing defects or quality issues
  • Incorrect items shipped by our warehouse

5. Final Sale & Clearance Items

  • We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund
